Have you heard the phrase, "you have to love yourself first, in order to let someone love you"?
Take a moment to look inside yourself and truly ask if you love yourself. Do you accept yourself for who you are? Unconditionally? Achnowledging your flaws and celebrating your strengths?
It can take a long time to learn to love yourself. But once you do, your barriers become smaller, challenges easier to conquer and happiness and contentment can be found.
Mental health is just as important as physical health. So the same way you set aside training for your physical health, set aside time to work on your mental health too.
It could be through dedicating some time to mindfulness, having some "me time" or talking to a friend. Remember, it doesn't have to cost anything other than your time so invest in yourself.
