My Background

AS A FIRST BLOG POST, I’D LIKE TO TAKE THE TIME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF, SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE JOURNEY I’VE TAKEN, AND MY APPROACH TO HEALTH AND WELLBEING.


On the left, is me 15 years ago. On the right, me now.

I was a size 18, and I wasn't happy.

If you're not happy with yourself, something needs to change. Lots of small steps can add up to a big achievement.

Looking back, I can't believe that was me. I started my fitness journey slowly, and now I would never look back. I'm 39, but I feel 18. I can run, jump, do the splits and hold a handstand. But most importantly I feel happy and healthy.

If you're happy and confident in the way you look, it doesn't matter what size you are. All that matters, is that you love yourself the way you are.

I wasn't, so I changed things.

Getting fit can feel daunting. I've been there, and I'm here now to help you on your journey.
