Nutrition Plans

A fitness regime without a nutrition plan is like trying to wash your clothes with water and no detergent. It will only get you so far.

When I work with a client I create a personalised nutrition plan based on their individual requirements. I teach them to make the right choices for themselves in the long term allowing them to live a healthy life.

On a basic level:

✳️ High protein to help build muscle and tone

✳️ The right fatty foods arent bad

✳️ Low fat doesn't mean healthy

Everyone is different. Just because one diet works for your friend or colleague, doesn't mean its right for you.
